Results from our annual User Satisfaction & Impact Survey consistently reveal patterns of positive impact on health decisions and health behaviors for users of Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth portal. Survey results show people are using the site to increase their knowledge to improve lifestyle habits, find reliable answers to their health questions and use the health care system more wisely.
Invitations to participate in the survey were e-mailed to a representative sample of users of custom Mayo Clinic Web sites. A total of 10,289 responses were received for a response rate of 12.8 percent.
