The Online Service Center provides information and tools to help you manage your employee health plan.

Sign in to your secure employer account to view or update enrollment information, download reports, look up member claims and benefits balances, and access other employer tools and resources.

For access to Online Services for Employers, you must be registered as a Super User or an End User for your organization.

To sign up for Super User access to Online Services for Employers, please contact your account manager. Your account manager will contact you to provide your Super User ID and password.

To sign up for End User access to Online Services for Employers, please contact your employer's designated Super User.

User Definitions

Super User: Super Users are responsible for setting up and maintaining Online Services for Employers accounts for themselves and for other End Users for your employer. One Super User will be assigned per employer.

End User: An End User is an employer representative whose job function requires access to data available through Online Services for Employers. This access may be granted at the discretion of a designated Super User for your employer.
